FINGAL HEAD

Brambery Street

This original Fingal home was first constructed in 1903 and posed a few challenges. The property had been left empty and open to the weather for many years however our clients Bianca and Andrea still loved the original charm of the home. Working along side Rob Norman from Symbiosphere, the house was renovated keeping the charm and quirkiness of the original 1903 home. The renovation was constructed with all recycled materials and the main focus of the build was to have minimal impact on the existing environment. We achieved this goal by using a significant solar system and incorporating a gravity fed water tank and pond system which naturally recycles all rain water used from the home. We thoroughly enjoyed this project and we know Bianca and Andrea are very happy clients.
